What we cannot help with
- Legal advice, or whether a specific person qualifies for a permit
- The status of an application — contact the issuing authority directly
- Issuing, processing, expediting, or appealing a permit or license
- Anything involving the sale or transfer of firearms, ammunition, or accessories
Do not send sensitive personal information. We have no use for Social Security numbers, identification documents, criminal-history details, medical records, or application paperwork, and we ask that you do not email them.
