Privacy policy
This site is a reference page. It has no accounts, no intake form, and no eligibility questionnaire, so there is very little to collect.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license or state ID numbers, criminal-history information, medical information, financial information, uploaded documents, or answers to eligibility questions. There is no questionnaire on this website. If you continue to an independent third-party provider, anything you submit there is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Information we do handle
Your state selection. When you choose a state, that choice is stored in your browser’s session storage so the page can show you the matching information. It is not transmitted to us as personal information and it is cleared when you close the tab.
Usage analytics. We use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are viewed, which state is selected, and whether a visitor clicked through to a provider. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and may collect your IP address, device and browser information, referring page, and on-site actions. We use this to measure whether our advertising and content are useful, not to identify you personally.
Email you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the correction or request.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information, such as IP address, timestamp, and requested URL, for security and reliability.
Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics and advertising tags may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse them entirely. The site works without them — you may simply be counted differently in our aggregate measurements. Google provides an opt-out browser add-on for its analytics products, and your device may also offer an advertising-identifier reset or opt-out.

We advertise this website, including through Google Ads. Advertising platforms may use cookies or identifiers to measure conversions and to limit how often you see an ad. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your state selection with advertisers as personal information.

Where a provider is available for your state, this site links to that independent third-party’s own website. We do not control their sites, their forms, or their data practices. Read their privacy policy and terms before providing any information to them.
Children
This site is intended for adults researching licensing requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, or to opt out of certain uses. Email [email protected] and describe your request. Because we hold so little, most requests are resolved by confirming that we have nothing beyond email correspondence and aggregate analytics.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and does not accept form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not email sensitive personal information.
